A stable is where the good ones are kept. In Aiken — a town that has measured itself in horses for a hundred and fifty years — that is not a small thing to call yourself.

The oven is wood-fired and the pasta is made here. Antipasti, panini pressed on ciabatta, four seasons on a single pie. Lunch and dinner, seven days a week, at 455 York Street.
